We had such a wonderful stay at this place. The staff here were amazing and so helpful, even before we arrived. They went above and beyond to assist us in arranging a visit to a nearby town and the transfer to another city. The room we stayed in was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the restaurant served delicious food. We also loved the unique design of the hotel, which added to the overall luxurious experience.

I can't recommend this hotel enough to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

There is also a metro station nearby, making it easy to explore the city further. the rooms are modern and well-kept, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent service throughout your stay. the breakfast is particularly good, with lots of variety and high-quality ingredients. Only the slightly remote location is a minor downside, but the easy access to public transportation conveniently mitigates that.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities, including a restaurant with delicious food. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help with transportation and giving directions in English. The location was near the center and easy to access through public transportation.

Had a fantastic weekend staying at a small hotel in Shymkent. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the rooms were always spotless and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine. the breakfast was a highlight too, with a wide range of tasty options to choose from. We also loved the fact that the hotel was situated in a vibrant and bustling part of town, close to many of the city's top attractions.

We had some heavy bags and it was definitely a bit of a struggle getting up to our room on the third floor.

The hotel provides exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff is friendly, helpful and speak fluent English. The spacious rooms are well equipped with a washing machine and a wide range of facilities. You can even opt for a guided car tour with one of their own staff members which is particularly useful when travelling to a new area. The hotel offers convenient access to several local attractions and is well situated making it easy to get around the area. The breakfast menu offered various options, including vegetarian. The rooms are exceptionally clean and have a beautiful decor that creates a relaxed and comfortable ambiance.

The hotel does not have an elevator, which could be challenging for those who are older or have heavy luggage. Alternatively, reception staff are willing to offer their assistance if there is a need to carry luggage to your room.
